Vegan Pecan Pie

For the filling you'll need:
- rolled oats
- non-dairy milk
- maple syrup
- arrowroot or corn starch
- nut butter
- sea salt
1. Toast the pecans.
2. Chop the chocolate.
3. Place in pie crust.
4. Blend the filling and pour into the pie shell.
5. Bake for about 45 minutes, then allow to cool.
