This quick and easy, crumble-style vegan  cheese is made with just  4 ingredients!

In a food processor  combine slivered almonds, lemon, salt, water, and agar powder.

Heat in a small saucepan until boiling temperature is reached. This activates the agar.

Once the cheese has thickened, pour into ramekins and chill until set, about 30 min.

Use on tacos, salads, burritos, and bowls!
