Crockpot Lasagna!

Easy VEGAN

The slow cooker makes AMAZING lasagna. Easy, moist, cheesy, rich, and flavorful. 

About 25 minutes of prep, then let your Crockpot do all the work.  Perfect for parties! 👍

1. Mash up the tofu ricotta in a bowl. 2. Saute some veggies.

Then layer the lasagna: - sauce  - pasta  - tofu ricotta  - veggies  - shredded vegan cheese And repeat!

Cook on high for 2 1/2 hours, topping with more shredded cheese in the last 30 minutes.
