An easy breakfast drink perfect for mornings when you need something light and quick to-go! Made with rolled oats, omega-3-rich hemp seeds, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener of choice. Endlessly customizeable with various nuts, seeds, milks, and extracts. Or add fruit to turn it into an oat smoothie. Vegan and FREE from refined sugar, gluten and soy.
1 to 2Tbspmaple syrup, coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice
1/2tspvanilla or chocolate extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds.
Pour into a travel mug. Top with extra cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy!
Consume immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.Best when consumed within 24 hours of blending.Substitutions: Sub chia seeds if you like, but if not consumed right away the drink will thicken as it sits. Chia seeds also don't break down as well in the blender, so the drink will have more texture than it does when made with hemp seeds.
