  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or other
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, certifed GF if needed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp maple syrup, coconut sugar, or sweetener of choice
  • 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla or chocolate extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • ice

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds.
  • Pour into a travel mug. Top with extra cinnamon, if desired, and enjoy!

Consume immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
Best when consumed within 24 hours of blending.
Substitutions: Sub chia seeds if you like, but if not consumed right away the drink will thicken as it sits. Chia seeds also don't break down as well in the blender, so the drink will have more texture than it does when made with hemp seeds.
