Vegan Brown Rice Pudding

This baked vegan brown rice pudding is a healthier twist on the sweet and creamy classic dessert. With cinnamon, maple syrup, and raisins, it's also fantastic for breakfast!

brown rice non-dairy milk maple syrup cinnamon vanilla sea salt arrowroot raisins

1. Cook the rice 2. Combine with other ingredients 3. And bake!

It's versatile, too.  Switch things up with different spices and toppings, or use white rice. 

And if you'd rather not turn on the oven, the rice pudding can be simmered on the stovetop.
