What you'll need...


1. soak almonds in hot water for 1 hr. 2. blend all ingredients


3. process again until fluffy 4. transfer to a small saucepan


5. cook over medium heat until thickened and has reached boiling temperature 6. transfer to a mold or ramekin and chill for 2 to 3 hours

Ta-da! You just made some seriously impressive vegan cheese.
