This quick homemade frappuccino-style coffee drink blends instant espresso, non-dairy milk, and plant-based protein powder for a creamy and satisfying iced coffee. No syrups or advanced prep needed.
¾cupunsweetened non-dairy milk - or a sweetened/flavored variety for a sweeter drink
1servinginstant espresso
1servingplant-based vanilla protein powder
1tablespoonnatural peanut butter - or other nut/seed butter
4–5ouncesice cubes - about 1–1½ cups
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except ice in a high-speed blender. Start on low speed and increase to high, blending just until combined. Add the ice and blend again until thick and creamy, 20 to 30 seconds.
Pour into a glass and top with dairy-free whipped cream, if desired. Serve immediately.
