Combining oats with vegan yogurt gives you the creamiest, dreamiest, healthy breakfast or snack. Customize it with a variety of spices, fruits, nuts and seeds.

Instructions
Stir oats and yogurt together in a small bowl or storage container. Add sweetener and extract, if using.
Yogurt oats can be made the night before, similar to overnight oats, or mixed before serving. The oats continue to soften the longer it sits. I like the texture best after about 2 hours in the fridge. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
